Nataša Čebulj
A founder and director of the Institute for Systemic Constellations in Slovenia
She has more than 25 years of professional experience in human resources and career building. She is a certified NLP and systemic coach, certified master of business communications consultant and trainer in the field of human resources development, leadership, communication, personal growth and art therapy. She started her career in school counselling for young people in their career orientation. She`s been working in the systemic work since 2002. In 2008, she became a certified trainer by Hellinger Sciencia and in 2013 a certified train-the-trainer by the Dutch Institute Bert Hellinger for systemic business constellations. In 2010, she became a member of Hellinger Sciencia and 2016 she became a member ISCA (International Systemic Constellations Association).
Katja Greif
Responsible for Systemic pedagogy and coordination of events
Katja Greif (Trainer) is a daughter, sister, wife, mother of 4 children, etc. She believes in her heart that life is a gift – by itself. In a professional field, she is a biology and chemistry professor with 8-year experience in pedagogical work in secondary schools. From 2008 to 2016 she worked as a group habilitator of adults with mental and physical disabilities, where she gained additional specialized knowledge. Since 2018, she has been incorporating NLP in her work with groups and work with projects. She worked as volunteer in Slovenian Association of Hospice for 5 years, providing support to grieving adults and children.
Damijana Žišt
The editor of the monthly magazine Systemic Awareness, published by the Institute for Systemic Constellations
Damijana Žišt, Ph.D. in penology (a branch of criminology dealing with prison management and the treatment of offenders), a journalist and an associate of the Institute for Systemic Constellations. Since the beginning of 2014, she has been studying family and systemic constellations based on the Bert Hellinger method with Nataša Čebulj. In November 2014, she completed an intensive training for organizational systemic constellations facilitators with Nataša Čebulj. Since the beginning of 2016, she has been attending trainings for family constellations facilitators with Nataša Čebulj and Vedran Kraljeta.
Janja Rebolj
Responsible for interactive meetings for systemic facilitators and coordination of international events
Janja Rebolj is a museologist to whom cultural heritage is a source of inspiration and creativity. A Professor of History and Sociology, she has been employed in a museum since 1989 in various areas – she is always interested in experiencing something new. Since 1996 he has been intensively engaged in the development of communication and management skills in the museum world and privately. She has acquired her knowledge at home and abroad. She is an NLP coach, an adult educator, a facilitator, a brain-friendly trainer. She combines her work in the museum with her afternoon activities in her private company REJ, which enables her to expand her knowledge in the business world (at home and internationally).
